It is not correct for you to stop ibadaat when bleeding starts. You should continue ibadaat till 6th Apr 5.55pm, the start of your habit.

If bleeding stopped at or before 5th Apr 5.10pm, and there was an interval of at least 15 days of complete purity after it, all of this will become hayd, and ibadaat performed in this time will become null and void.
If bleeding continues past 5th Apr 5.10pm, all ibadaat will remain valid.
